iKelp POS Mobile is a web application (software) for restaurants, cafés and bars. POS stands for Point of sale, the place where a sale happens. Mobile expresses its mobility and use anywhere it is needed. We provide it as a SaaS service, also known as the Cloud, which today brings cost savings and lets us offer POS Mobile to businesses from the smallest to the largest. It works just like your Gmail or Facebook. For the customer, the Cloud is more reliable (servers run in a cluster), more available (redundant internet connections), more secure (every customer has their own database with their own data) and therefore cheaper overall. Our goal was to create a simple and easily accessible solution for restaurants, cafés and bars. Even the basic version, which is free, offers comprehensive features and covers all aspects of running this type of business. We focus on the user interface, which practice shows is clear and easy to find your way around. On first contact, staff can serve customers within 2 minutes. Using ordinary phones for service was also our priority, so that even new business owners can see that using software from the very start can boost their business and profits, with an overview that is very hard to get from scraps of paper and word of mouth. As a manufacturer, we put great emphasis on app features that involve the customer in the sales process.
